« Attention à l'adresse, basique mais bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits. »
1: l'accueil par Luis L., qui fut réservé au début et est devenu très gentil, en donnant des explications sur la situation réelle (adresse) de l'hôtel, sur les bons coins (bars et restaurants), sur le transport (accès et prix) hôtel à l'aéroport via taxi et métro. A fait des efforts pour dire quelques mots en français (très peu en anglais) 2/ l'emplacement: au coeur du Pelourinho, 3/ la situation de la chambre: 403 = vue sur l'océan, au grand calme; lit confortable pour la nuit, la climatisation a été appréciée (il y a aussi un ventilateur plafonnier). 4/ "check-out" souple: début octobre = basse saison (3 chambres occupées seulement cette nuit là). On pouvait garder la chambre jusqu'à 15H. (mais nous sommes partis à 12H30)
1/ la FAUSSE adresse (avec la photo) et le libellé de l'hôtel: il n'existe pas, en tout cas ce n'est pas affiché "BBB hotel", mais c'est le Pelourinho Hotel, dans la rue Alfredo de Brito , au n°20, "officiellement" à rua das Portas. Bookng.com: vous avez une responsabilité vis à vis de vos clients (surtout les fidèles comme nous) à vérifier l'exactitude!!! A l'adresse donnée, il n'y a plus d'hôtel, juste un panneau avec un nom différent. Heureusement nous sommes arrivés vers 17H, car si c'était de nuit cela aurait été la panique, avec un prélèvement d'acompte de 20% déjà effectué. Et les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité des lieux: c'est un ancien hôtel, avec plein de chose à rénover (fenêtre, ascenseur, salle du petit-déjeuner,etc...), la décoration de la chambre, etc.. 2/ Confort de la chambre: pas de rideau occultant, pas de chaises, pas de wifi (seulement au 3è étage = salle à manger), pas de savonnettes, eau chaude non facilement réglable. 3/ petit-déjeuner (inclus): basique = pour 2 : 4 "tranchettes" de jambon, idem de "fromage", café, eau chaude et choix de thés, fruits, 4 pains, une petite carafe d'eau. Dame de service tout juste aimable, n'a pas voulu nous donner plus d'eau pour boire.
